Types of vacuum pumps

  • Scroll pumps: Scroll pumps provide vacuum solutions for a wide variety of applications. Scroll pumps are a good alternative to rotary vane pumps with oil-free pumping. Scroll pumps use a tip seal as a seal instead of oil.
  • Multistage Roots Pumps: The multi-stage Roots pump technology of the Pfeiffer ACP Leybold EcoDry and the Edwards nXRi, nXLi, series meets the requirements of applications where clean and dry vacuum is needed. Multistage roots pumps offers the following benefits:
  1. Perfect solution for scroll- and oilsealed pumps
  2. Air cooling,
  3. No installation and operational costs for water supply
  • Roots pumps: High Vacuum Company offers three successful roots pumps. These are the HiLobe and OktaLine from Pfeiffer and the EH series from Edwards. This gearbox and bearings of these roots pumps are separated from the gas pump chamber. Due to the frictionless operation of the Roots lobes, we can ensure a dry operation.
  • Diaphragm pumps: The diaphragm pumps are perfect for laboratories and the chemical industry due to its compactness, the diaphragm pump is ideal for integration into increasingly smaller analytical systems and turbo pumping stations. You have a wide choice of pumps, starting with a pump speed of 0.25 m3 per hour. The Pfeiffer diaphragm pumps are numerous, efficient and reliable. We offer the diaphragm pump not only from Pfeiffer but also from KNF Edwards Leybold and other brands.
  • Turbo pumps: Turbo pumps have established themselves as the technological standard worldwide. The turbo pumps can generate a vacuum of 10-11 mbar in the high and ultra high vacuum range. They rotors at a high speed of up to 90,000 rpm and generate pressure conditions necessary for the application.
