On-site service and maintenance of your vacuum pump(s)
We can carry out minor repairs and preventive maintenance on your vacuum pump(s) at your premises. Is it not possible to repair the vacuum pump on site?
Don't worry. Then we repair your pump in our modern and well-equipped maintenance room.
In-house service and maintenance of your vacuum pump
Before we start the actual repair, your pump will first be professionally disassembled. This will enable us to identify the problem and the cost of repair. You will then receive a quote from us, on the basis of which you can decide whether or not you want to proceed with repair.
Do you agree? Then we will do our utmost to repair your pump as soon as possible. If you don't agree, then you can indicate whether you want to receive the pump back disassembled at your expense or - if the pump has irreparable damage - that you want the pump to be destroyed free of charge by High Vacuum Company.
In case no repair is carried out, you will only be charged an amount of € 75,00 excluding VAT for inspection costs.
Maintenance contract
Prevention is better than cure, they say; and that certainly also applies to your vacuum pump. That is why you can conclude a maintenance contract with High Vacuum Company for periodic, preventive maintenance and/or overhaul of your vacuum pump. This prevents malfunctions, expensive repairs or - in the worst case - temporary downtime!
A maintenance contract is always tailor-made to the use and application of the pump.
